Who are we?

Kiana Change Support, Identification number: UID is CHE-339.298.881 was founded in 2018 by Angela Kienle, a qualified systemic business coach, mediator and HR expert. We are based in Basel-Country in Switzerland and we provide services encompassing personnel consulting and support, coaching, training, mediation, team development, conflict management and change management. Our client base is varied ranging from private individuals, small to medium sized businesses or multinational corporations

In accordance with EU GDPR legislation, Kiana Change Support is identified as a Data Controller and Data Processor and we take responsibility for the processing of your personal information.

How we collect personal information about you

When you browse our website we may ask for personal information such as your name, email address. We may also collect information about you when you are on the internet such as the website you came from, IP address, domain types, i.e.,.ch and.com), your browser type the country where your internet service provider is located, the pages of  our site that were viewed during your visit and search terms that you used.  This information is only used for our own research and to improve our service to you.

Our website uses “Cookie” technology.  A cookie is a little piece of text that the server places on your device when you visit our website.  They help us make the site work better for you.
